What is your opinion about women in the military?
The introduction of women to the military spectrum has, at least from my point of view, a positive side because women are people who have much better conflict resolution and diplomacy skills than men. This would enable armed conflicts to be prevented or better resolved. On the other hand, women in the militia help to narrow the gender gap between men and women and enable them to play a key role in decision-making.
What is your opinion about climate change?
Climate change is more than present in our reality. As a country, we will be the next venue for the most important summits on the subject, the so-called COP25, where one of the objectives that Chile proposed was to reach 2050 with zero carbon, that is, no use of carbon. For me the climate change is too important, because of this I decided to volunteer for COP25, in order to better develop my understanding of climate change and to be an agent of change. It is time to act, we only have 10 years of action before the planet begins to disappear.
What is your opinion about immigration?
Well, here my opinion will be much more personal since I come from an immigrant family. On Dad’s side, my grandfather and great-grandfather are Italian immigrants who came from the Italian peninsula to the port of Valparaiso. Immigration for me constitutes a basic right of the human being (based also on what is expressed by the United Nations), where everyone has the right to move and leave his country if he so requires or, because he just wants to. Without this right to immigrate, people would not be able to go out in search of better life opportunities, staying in places where they would likely end up suffering or even worse, dying.
What is your opinion about the legalisation of abortion?
I will be brief and concise on this point jajaj "No utero, no opinion" (I love this consignee too much). I am 100% in agreement with the despenalization of abortion, free and safe. Because, as I am an empathetic human being who shares and supports the struggle of my female colleagues, I hope that in the not too distant future of course, my cousins, nieces, granddaughters will have the right to decide on their bodies and not be at the mercy of a MEN deciding for them.
My duty as a man is to shut up and not comment on their bodies.

Love is Love
Love, such
a weird and crazy word. In this moment, Love can mean war as Helena of Troya
with Paris did it or, can mean a fight as LGBTIQ+ does since the begging of the
world. And, for this time, I’m gonna
tell you about the last mean of Love, which is for me the more important at
this point ‘cause as a member of LGTBIQ+ community I know for first experience
how difficult is to love someone without suffers any consequence.
The word
Love becomes a consignee for our community for many reasons but, for the
context of this blog I only talk about one. Since the begging of LGBTIQ+
history, the fight for our rights, for example:
civil rights, non discrimination right, HIV policy, Health
and socialcares as the same for Straight people; Love mean the main consignee
of fight ‘cause if we search deeply, we can find how this word can move
mountain (very cliché but it’s true) or move a movement. After Stonewall event,
every year so many organizations around the world, join and celebrate June as
the Pride Month (because is the month when the tragic and history event happened)
and the consignee of this Pride March is “Love is Love”, which wants to
represent our desire to loves whoever we want with non-restriction (obviously,
this cannot misunderstand as libertinage) and non-fear to be punished for this
Straight and Patriarchal society as we usually received since we came out.
Anyway,
back in topic of the blog. I never felt in love for someone yet but I don’t
refuse to being love because, let’s be honest, everyone wants to be love, feels
that someone takes care of you, support and trust in you. I think it’s nice
feels that kind of feeling. In my experience of fail relationship (well, it’s
only two haha so dramatic) I found how this model of society conditioned to do
something and no to do. For example, when I was in a relationship, we never
walk with our hand together ‘cause we didn’t want to be punished or any stuff.
Or, when we had a date, only go to places we knew were gayfriendly (of course,
we had to pay more because are localized in fancy neighborhoods like Lastarria,
Bellavista, Los leones, etc.) So, besides to hide we had to pay more to be
safe.

My dream
What I want to study in my future once that I finished my minor? It's a hard question 'cause I want to keep studyin' and become teacher, University teacher or school but not Highschool with teenagers and stuff. First at all, I have to finish my major to take any postgraduate courses but in my University, especially in my major, we have the options in fifth grade to continuous our courses and do a master programs at Instituto de Asuntos Públicos of the Universidad de Chile.
Once that you are in fifth grade, you have the chance to take two master programs: Political science or senior public management. Obviously, I would like to take political science and not public management because I don't like so much management and in my future jobs, a master in political science would be more helpful that one on public management.
The master programs on political Sciences by Instituto de Asuntos Públicos has the objetive to create people interesting of the social behaviours, who cares understand how work the political system and how influence in the political decisions. In fact, the focus of the master program is doin' an analysis of the governance system, political thoughts, the way that political actors are acting on our political system, how the political parties do their things and why they do it, it mean, why they fight for take the power and other stuff like that. As you can see is an amazing master program, very interesting and nerd. Also, if you want to keep studyin' and become a teacher, this program may help you because the courses that it has is all about methodology of investigations, political theory, Economy and one course of Public Policy. This master is in the afternoon, after lunch so it will be part-time, which is a good option for me 'cause I may have the opportunity to work in the morning and study in the afternoon.
As I said before, this master program was created by our postgraduate house, Instituto de Asuntos Públicos, which is one, and the only, reason that we have the option to continuos our study in fifth grade. So, in this case, I'll study at Chile but if I keep workin' and studyin', I'd like to do my Phd at United States or France of political science, because those country have famous university with wonderful Phd programs of political science in so many way, it mean, many focus like Political Science and Human Rights or Cybersecurity, Political Parties, political system in Latin America, etc. If I have to pick one, honestly, I could not do it.
Once that I completed all my dreams, academic dreams, I want to stay in my country as teacher or ambassador, whatever, I won't be mad

Future Job
I'm studying
public administration for two reason, one of them is that I want to be teacher
of public administration, especially in Methodology courses or something like
that. And the other reason is that I will become an Ambassador.

In this year, we participated in the 3rd
Conference of National Model United Nation for Latin America and Caribbean at City
of Mexico, United States of Mexico. For this conference, I had to represented
Russian Federation in General Assemble; it was so funny but stress at the same
time.
Well, after this intervention, this experience
touched me and changed my entire life because I realized that I will be more
interesting to work an international relations and then, if I get boring, come
back to the public service jajaja, it's a joke, I can't imagine myself workin'
in a public service 'cause they are so old and basic so not, I pass!
As an ambassador, you have so much chance to meet
the world, you can increase your contacs because, mostly of your time,
you are travelin' and meetin' people. That's the kind of jobs that I'd like to
work.
About the
salary? Honestly, I don't care so much. The experience of travelin' around the
world, workin' in an international institutions with different people who has
another cultures and lenguages, really worth it and money pass to second place.

Friends and chills.
Friends? what is that? Some people said friends are the family that we choose for being part in our life. Friends are similar to our personality (well, mostly of times), they help us to discover what we want and how we can get it. Good friends are avalible to supported in the good and, specially, bad times.
After this beautiful speech, I gonna' tell you that I don't have so much friends 'cause I'm very shy and I don't trust in people. My circle is very small and close. my trues friends are from highschool, like five friends, and then, when I was a freshman, I got 5 friends more in my list. I'm not going to boring how I met them 'cause is along story and only have 200 words so, we could talk later.
When I was at school, the things we liked to do was wastin' our time talking about what we wanted to do when we grew up and the careers we wanted to study. Now, every time we hang out together, we keep talking about our careers, how university has gone and the trips out of the country we have to do once we get out. On the other hand, with my college friends, most of the time, we talked about very boring things like jokes about public policy, the worst professors we’ve ever had and how the classes have become so boring.
Now, we are all of age so let’s go to bar or discoteques (although I’m not a fan of going to these places because in Chile they are ridiculously expensive and people are very harassing) or, one of my best friends who lives near the university invites us to go for a drink hajaja plus my friends are fascinated that I prepare drinks, because according to them I prepare some mojitos that are lethal.
Finally, in July we made a trip with my three best friends to Mexico, which turned out to be one of my best journeys in life. We went out, danced and drank like we’d never done it. We took pictures in the best places in Mexico, and in case it was last, we ended up visiting Acapulco. We literally live our own Acapulco Shore.

Framework 2030 by United Nations
Every ones know about Climate changes, migrations, racist, xenophobia and how this issues affect directly to States, especially in countries like Syria, Afghanistan, South Sudan, Venezuela, Haiti, etc. For helpin' to erradicated this issues (not 100% but some kind of help) the biggest organization of States, known as United Nations who born after the WW2 with the five winners (Unites State of America, Popular Republic of China, Russian Federation, France and United Kingdom) decided create this global government to control and keep the order.
At us time, the UN is constituted by 193 countries and 5 main Councils: General Asembly, Security Council, Economic and Social Council, United Nations Council for Human Rights and World Health Organization, Moreover, we can see another councils or forums created by this institution for special and specific issues. For example, United Nations created the United Nations Programme for Environmental for Climate Changes and Warm global, besides, works with the United Nations Programme for Development, helpin' States to do public policy in their agenda settin' up. Besides, this kind of Programmes count with resources, economics and human, destinated to give if it's necessary.
For the other hand, we have to understand our global context and how difficult it became after (and before) the globalization. For saying some examples: Neoliberalization, Coûp état arround latin america at the '70s, Migration Wades, Harrasement, Sexual Assaults and Violations against female gender, and Discrimination to LGBT Community.
It is necessary do something to try to fix us world before 2030 'cause, and this is what UN said, is the year when the world begins to failed. For that, UN created in 2015 the Framework 2030, which has 17 Sustainable Development Goals, each has a global issues like Gender Equality (N°5), Resilient cities (N°11), Climate Changes (N°13), etc., with this SDG's United Nations says we can save our world and confront the World Challenges. We have so much things to do, so many stuff to fix and some behaviors we must erradicated if we want to keep alive after 2030.

Colombia 4ever!
Two years ago (January 14th of 2017) I went to San Andres
Island, a little and exotic island in Centro America, which depends of Colombia’s
direction. This small but beautiful land has an extraordinary ocean, mostly
known as “the seven blue ocean”. Also, their people, who don’t feel identified
as Colombian, are so nice and warm with foreigners, especially if you are Chilean.

| This picture isn't my, it's from internet but worth to appreciated the sea and its seven color |
I' was there for fifty days and I stayed in a Hotel at the west coast…
such a lovely place with a huge pool and so much stuff that I can’t remember.
The Hotel is called "Mar y Sol" and has 4 stars or that’s what on-line
pages said. As you can see, it's very popular but, as you know nothing is
perfect. This building has only one problem, its location is very far away from
downtown (well, I’m not talkin’ about huge city or any stuff like that) so, any
morning we had to get out very early (nearly to 6:30 a.m), has breakfast and
then, take the hotel’s bus, which left us two or three blocks down from the
main street.
For this time, I traveled with my aunt and her daugthers, my parents and
brother stayed in Chile. It was my first trip out of the country without
them I was so happy jajaja. My aunt is very weird so she made a schedule. Everyday
we had different activities, for example: we were walking from the hotel to the
east coast for two or three hours, looking at trees and houses and talking with
native people (funny story: some people, especially foreigners, asking me for
directions or best San Andres’ landscapes. They thought that I was from there ‘cause
of my skin. A little racist but I don’t blame them, this things always happen to
me), at the first moment I was like: what were we doing?, but when you saw the
beach, trees, exotic animals and stuff, the three hours that we walked was the
best time that I wasted it in my entire life.
Ah, I almost forgot. If you go to San Andres, you MUST go to Johnny Cay
and drink Crazy Coco!
